1. Services Provided

S2S Digitizing offers embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and custom patch design services. All files are provided in digital formats compatible with embroidery or print machines.

2. Orders and Payments

• All orders must be placed through our website, email, or approved communication channels.
• Full payment must be received before delivery, unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payment gateways.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

• We offer free revisions until you're satisfied, within 7 days of delivery.
• Significant design changes may incur an additional fee.
• Once a final version is approved, the order is considered complete.

4. Intellectual Property

• Clients must own the rights to any artwork submitted for digitizing or have permission to use it.
• S2S Digitizing is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations.
• We reserve the right to refuse work that involves unauthorized or inappropriate content.

5. Refund Policy

• Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are only offered if we are unable to deliver the agreed service.
• If a technical issue prevents file usability, we will correct it at no extra cost.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

• S2S Digitizing shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from file misuse, machine malfunction, or production errors.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with all embroidery or printing machines — customers are responsible for verifying machine requirements.
